Another huge thank you to the volunteer group affectionately known as “OREs,” or Old Retired Engineers led by Dave Newkirk, Penny’s husband. This past month, these volunteers designed and built a fence around our new garden site at Mooseheart Child City and School in Batavia. We are grateful to these engineers for their time, talents and valuable gift of keeping the rabbits and deer from feasting on our garden.
