This month we would like to thank the Blue Goose Supermarket in St. Charles for their continued generous support. Each fall, Blue Goose owner, Paul Lencioni invites our team of volunteers to his store to raise money for our Healthy Meals program. Over the past four years we have raised over $14,000 in gift card donations from his customers. We use these gift cards to purchase fresh produce, high quality proteins and dry goods to prepare nutrient rich meals for our clients and their families going through serious health crisis. In January, Paul’s wife, Dr. Melissa Sharp also hosted a mindfulness and meditation fundraiser for us as a healthy way to start the new year. We continue to be moved by everyday heroes like Paul Lencioni and Dr. Melissa Sharp who give from their hearts and make a difference in our community.
