Shahd Ayoud is one of our teen chefs here at Food for Health. She is on an exchange year with YES Abroad and AFS, and is attending St. Charles East High School. Today she told us a little bit about her home country of Palestine and tested us on our history. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the culture lesson!
