How We Plan…

Today Molly, our Executive Chef at Food for Health, taught our Monday teens how to meal plan. She walked through the basics of picking out a well-rounded meal, but also taught them how to spice up the basics and create a menu that is oh-so tasty! Our teens not only volunteer their Monday nights, but they are all so open-minded and ready to learn.

Since it is the season for giving thanks, it would be a waste of a post not to thank someone! SO a huge thank you again for donating your time and love to our cause!
