From the very first day we opened the doors to Food for Health – Sherri Shallenberg and Jack Creamer were there to chop, sauté, deliver, manage clients or do do pretty much anything that needed to get done – including teaching the teens in the kitchen and getting the meals on the table for our families going through serious illness like cancer.
As we formalized our status as a 501c3 both Sherri and Jack stepped up to positions on the board and over the last four years have provided thoughtful guidance, financial support and demonstrated time and again their love and passion for the program.
Thank you Jack and Sherri for your dedication and hard work to help launch Food for Health – we couldn’t have done it without you! Sherri will continue to work in the garden and with our Client Care program.
