Join our online culinary classes, live and hands-on in the comfort of your own home. Cook with our culinary team, alongside a zoom class and you will be free to ask questions at anytime. Turn your dinner prep into a fun family or friends’ activity and enjoy a meal at the end of every class!





October 28 – Soups and Stews

On a chilly day, there’s nothing as heart warming to cozy up, than a  bowl of homemade soup.  In this class you will create two different types of soups and we will demonstrate the nourishing base for so many FFH recipes, vegetable mineral broth.

Recipes: Butternut Squash Soup, Chicken, Kale and whole wheat pasta soup and FVFFH Mineral Broth

November 4 – Herb and Spices

Herb and spices have always been essential to good cooking.  Fragrant green herbs and pungent spices can be used as a healthy substitute for salt while adding natural phytochemicals to boost your health. 

Recipes: Roasted Whole Chicken Stuffed with Herbs and Grapes and Garlic Roasted Potatoes

November 6 – Soups and Stews

Antioxidants and Phytonutrients help boost immunity and fight infection. Prepare for the cooler months ahead with comforting Soups and Stews. This class highlights the health benefits of adding extra vegetables and grains to dishes and features ways to blanch and store vegetables for quick use. Taste FVFFH’s secret ingredient the Mineral Broth, a powerful base for your soups and stews.

Recipes: Kaboocha and Butternut Squash Soup, Vitamin A Rich Pumpkin Stew and Apple Crisp.
